In the above prices do not include the tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day from October 1 to April 30; from 1 May until 30 September € 2,00 per day.

Regulation internal
L ‘entrance to the B & B is subject to the consent of the Management and involves compliance with this Regulation. The customers on their arrival must deliver for recording the identity documents which will be returned after registration.
I am not allowed under 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult who assumes their own responsibility.
Minors must be supervised by their parents or by an adult who will be directly responsible for their safety that they could possibly cause damage to equipment, services or otherwise.
Anyone find yourself any object is required to deliver to the Directorate which will return it to its rightful owner. In case of failure to reach the latter within 60 days from the date of discovery, your valuables will be delivered to the authorities which may be exercised in the manner provided by law.
Each infectious disease and / or contagious must be declared immediately in direction. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30.
The reservation is confirmed by paying an amount equal to 30% as a deposit. The same also will be canceled if you have not done so to confirm your arrival by 18:00 the same day.
The payment is to be made at the time of handing over the keys to be returned to the owner at check out. They are prohibited all the noises that they can in what way disturb the peace of guests.
In order to keep costs that affect pricing, switch off the ligh
t, the air conditioners etc. when absent.
The mere fact of staying in the bed and breakfast Villa Liberty indicates the part of each individual customer the full knowledge of this Regulation and the complete and unconditional acceptance of the same.
